What is covered in the shipping insurance?Updated 10 months ago

If your package has been marked as delivered but not received, lost or damaged in transit, we offer to replace the products contained in that package. However, we are unable to send out items that are either sold out, or from our sales page – these items will be reimbursed in store credit.

Lost packages need to be reported within 45 days of date of purchase. 

We reserve the right to investigate lost or stolen packages with the carrier prior to issuing a replacement or store credit. 

Please note that shipping insurance is non-refundable. Our shipping insurance is not affiliated with the courier and therefore, we do not issue refunds for lost, damaged or unreceived packages. 

By deselecting TRNST Package Insurance, this means that we will not be able to send out a replacement or issue store credit for any missing packages and the items within them.
